COVID 19 Coronavirus response

Greenways Insurance is committed to the safety of all of our customers as well as our staff members and we have been following the advice from the Government.
Taking heed of the latest Government advice, we will be taking measures to ensure that we act responsibly to reduce the risk to everybody.

From Monday 12th April, 2021, our office in Newport will be open.

Our staff are following Health and Safety guidelines and we have completed a thorough COVID Secure risk assessment. If you intend to visit the office, please ensure you wear a facemask, use the hand sanitiser provided. We are restricting the number of clients visiting the office to one household at a time, and in line with Government guidelines, we will be keeping a log of any visitors for the NHS Track and trace service. All details will be kept in accordance with GDPR rules.

What is foremost in our mind is the safety of all our staff, families and clients. We are committed to continuing to provide the usual quality service whilst we all adjust to this new COVID secure way of working.

We remain committed to servicing your insurance needs and responding to any queries or concerns that you have about your policy cover and insurance requirements. If you have any queries on any existing or new policy, please contact us in the usual manner by phone, email or visiting the office where necessary.
