Greenways Insurance Consultants is committed to the safety of all of our customers as well as our staff members. Following the latest Government advice, we will be taking measures to ensure that we act responsibly to reduce the risk to everybody.

We have issued some information below, and you can find some Frequently Asked Questions on this page.

 

From Monday 29th June, both our Newport office and our Stafford office will be open.

Due to the continued COVID-19 situation and in compliance with ongoing Government guidance we and our staff will be adhering to strict Health & Safety guidelines and we would kindly ask that our customers follow the same guidance when visiting our offices. Initially the offices will be manned by a restricted number of staff and we will also restrict the numbers of clients able to enter the office at any one time, to one.

When you visit the office we would ask our you to knock and wait for a member of staff to open the door to you. We would kindly ask that you only visit the office if absolutely necessary. Customers should where possible continue to contact the office in the usual manner by phone or via email.

We are committed to continuing to provide our usual quality service but we would ask that you bear with us whilst we all adjust to this new COVID secure way of working.

We remain committed to servicing your insurance needs and responding to any queries or concerns that you have about your policy cover and insurance requirements.
